Services

Unnaggi provides video production, photography, videography, drone services, social media content creation, social media management, and paid advertising services.

The scope of work, deliverables, timelines, pricing, payment terms, and any project-specific conditions will be outlined in the quotation, proposal, invoice, or agreement provided to the Client. Those documents, together with these Terms and Conditions, form the complete agreement between both parties.

Bookings & Payments

A booking is confirmed only once the required deposit has been received. Until payment is received, production dates are not reserved and may remain available to other clients.

Deposit requirements and payment schedules vary depending on the scope and nature of each project and will be specified in the quotation, proposal, or invoice. Depending on the project, Unnaggi may require a partial deposit, full payment upfront, milestone payments, or another agreed payment structure.

Any remaining balance, where applicable, is due in accordance with the payment terms outlined in the applicable quotation, proposal, or invoice.

Final deliverables will only be released once all outstanding payments have been received in full, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Deposits & Refund Policy

All deposits and advance payments are non-refundable.

Deposits reserve production dates, crew, equipment, and production resources, and allow pre-production work to begin immediately. This may include planning, scheduling, concept development, scripting, location coordination, storyboarding, and other preparation specific to your project.

Payments are non-refundable if the Client:

• cancels the project;
• postpones indefinitely;
• changes direction after work has commenced; or
• otherwise decides not to proceed with the originally agreed project.

Payments for completed work, delivered content, advertising management fees, consultation fees, or advertising spend are also non-refundable.

Refunds will not be issued for creative or subjective dissatisfaction where the delivered work substantially matches the agreed scope and approved brief.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights the Client may have under applicable Canadian consumer protection laws that cannot legally be excluded.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your production, please notify us as early as possible. We request at least 24 hours' notice, whenever reasonably possible, to allow us to adjust crew schedules and production logistics.

We will always do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests, subject to availability.

Requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in additional charges where crew, equipment, travel arrangements, studio bookings, or other third-party costs have already been committed.

If the original project does not proceed, payments already made remain non-refundable. However, at Unnaggi's discretion, those payments may be applied toward another project or service in accordance with Section 3.

Revisions & Scope Changes

The number of revision rounds included with each project varies depending on the scope and complexity of the work and will be specified in the applicable quotation, proposal, or agreement.

Revisions are intended to cover reasonable refinements within the originally approved scope.

The following may be quoted as additional work:

• additional revision rounds;
• significant changes in creative direction;
• changes to an approved script or concept;
• additional filming;
• editing or deliverables outside the agreed scope.

To help streamline the process, revision requests should be consolidated and submitted in writing whenever reasonably possible.

Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

• provide briefs, branding assets, and required information on time;
• provide timely approvals and feedback;
• ensure access to filming locations when required;
• obtain any necessary permits or permissions for locations under their control;
• ensure all supplied materials are owned by them or properly licensed;
• obtain consent from individuals appearing on camera where required.

Delays caused by missing information, approvals, or access may impact production and delivery timelines.

Ownership & Usage Rights

Ownership of the final delivered content transfers to the Client only after all invoices have been paid in full.

Until full payment is received, all work remains the property of Unnaggi.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• the Client receives a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use the final delivered content for their own business and marketing purposes after full payment;
• raw footage, project files, editing timelines, and unused content remain the property of Unnaggi and are not included unless purchased separately;
• Unnaggi retains the right to use completed work, behind-the-scenes content, and approved project materials for its portfolio, website, social media, presentations, advertising, and other marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing before the project begins.

Paid Advertising Services

Where Unnaggi manages advertising campaigns:

• advertising spend is separate from our management fee;
• media spend is paid directly by the Client or billed at cost;
• advertising platforms control campaign delivery and performance.

Accordingly, Unnaggi cannot guarantee:

• lead volume;
• enquiries;
• sales;
• reach;
• engagement;
• return on ad spend (ROAS); or
• any specific advertising results.

Advertising spend committed to platforms such as Meta or Google cannot be refunded by Unnaggi.

Delivery & File Storage

Completed projects are delivered digitally through a download link, cloud storage, or shared drive.

The Client is responsible for downloading and backing up all delivered files upon delivery.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Unnaggi retains project files and raw footage for up to six (6) months after final delivery. After this period, files and footage may be permanently deleted without notice. Clients who wish to retain raw footage or request copies should make arrangements within this six-month period.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unnaggi's total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the total amount paid by the Client for that specific project.

Unnaggi is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, including but not limited to:

• loss of profits;
• loss of business;
• loss of opportunity;
• reputational loss; or
• delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

This includes weather, illness, transportation delays, equipment failure, internet outages, power outages, acts of government, or third-party platform interruptions.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business information shared during the course of a project and to use such information only for purposes directly related to the engagement.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable federal laws of Canada.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the services provided shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.

Changes to These Terms

Unnaggi may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

The version published on our website on the date the Client confirms their booking or makes their first payment will apply to that project.
